About Your Coach

Let me share a little about me, and why I created this safe haven.. this academy of personal growth.
I've always been curious about life.. fascinated by the way we humans move through this experience on earth. But after partying my way through my 20's, I suddenly found myself questioning everything.
I'd followed the rules. Married, house, dream home in the works, a business, a boat, a baby. I had it all.. but something was missing. That was the start of a journey back to my truest self, and it led me to do one of the scariest things I've ever done: end a marriage that didn't feel aligned anymore.
Figuring my new life out on the opposite side of the country to my family, I dove deeper into my inner world than ever before. Built a business from nothing, went sober (which freed my authentic feminine expression), flipped two properties solo, and manifested the most beautiful man.. to a tee.
The past 6 years, we've built a gorgeous life by our own design. And our love created a wise, special little soul.. Rambo Wolf. I knew he was special the moment I felt him inside me. He entered the world 9 weeks early (the NICU journey is resilience training, that's for sure).
Just after he turned one, last January, my sweet baby unexpectedly left us.
Walking this beautiful soul to the end of his life, and beyond, has been the biggest honour, and a heart shattering grief I never could've imagined surviving. It's a path I'd give up in a heartbeat if I could.. but Rambo and this journey has taught me things about life that I wouldn't have understood if it wasn't for him coming & gifting me this experience. Yes, I said gifted.
